摘　　要：通过实地调查、问卷调查、电话访谈等方式调查了湖南省高职院校数控实训基地建设基本情况,分析了实训基地功能现状和在资金筹措、硬件条件、师资水平、共享共建机制,教学观念、教学方式、管理模式等方面还存在一些突出问题,文中结合实际情况探讨了解决这些问题的思路和对策。Employing the methods of field survey, questionnaire, telephone survey and so on, the overall situation of NC technology training base construction of vocational college in Hunan province is outlined. It＇ s turned out that great progress has been made last two years, whereas some problems obviously exist in some aspects such as financing, device configuring, teacher developing, instruction methods, managing and so on.Then the strategies and measures to solve these problems are discussed.
