青少年和成年人持续性变应性鼻炎生活质量对比研究

摘　　要：目的分析持续性变应性鼻炎对青少年和成年人生活质量的影响以及青少年和成年人患者生活质量的差异。方法按照《变应性鼻炎及其对哮喘的影响》(Allergic Rhinitis and Its Impacton Asthma,ARIA)标准随机选取青少年持续性变应性鼻炎患者22例,成年人患者37例;同期青少年非变应性鼻炎对照组22例,成年人非变应性鼻炎对照组22例。分别用青少年和成年人鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire,RQLQ)评估青少年和成年人鼻结膜炎相关生活质量。结果青少年组患者生活质量各项目中,除情感反应项目中的"易怒"一项与对照组没有明显差异外(P>0.05),其余项目与对照组相比均有明显差异("眼部肿胀"和"症状难堪"P<0.05,其余项目P<0.01);成年人组患者的所有项目与对照组相比均有显著差异(P<0.01)。青少年各项鼻眼部症状计分比较有显著性差异(F=4.99,P<0.01),"鼻堵"症状是青少年组首要的鼻眼部症状;成年人各项鼻眼部症状计分比较也有显著性差异(F=7.36,P<0.01),"喷嚏"症状则是成年人组首要的鼻眼部症状。"无法安静"项目的计分在青少年组患者情感反应各项目中居首位,而"症状令人难堪"项目的计分在青少年组患者情感反应各项目中居首位。结论持续性变应性鼻炎对青少年和成年人的生活质量都产生明显影响,青少年组和成年人组患者生活质量之间存在差异。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of life of adolescent and adult persistent allergic rhinitis and the correlation of the items. METHODS Thirtyseven adult patients with persistent allergic rhinitis, 22 non-allergic rhinitis adult control subjects, 22 adolescent patients with persistent allergic rhinitis and 22 non- allergic rhinitis adult control subjects participated this study. Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire （RQLQ） was used to assess the quality of life of the sujects. RESULTS The mean scores of the items of adolescent patients were significantly higher than those of control subjects except for irritable （P 〈 0.05 for the items of swollen eyes and embarrassed by your symptoms, P〈 0.01 for other items）. The mean scores of the items of adult patients were significantly higher than those of control subjects （P 〈 0.01） . There were significantly differences among the scores of nasal symptoms and eye symptoms of within adolescent patients and adult patients respectively （F = 4.99, P 〉 0.01 for adolescent, F = 7.36, P 〉 0.01 for adult）. The score of nasal blockage was the first item for adolescent patients, and the score of sneezing was the first item for adult patients. There was significantly difference among the scores of emotional items of adolescent patients （F = 4.13, P〈 0.01）, and the score of restless was the first item. There was no significantly difference among the scores of emotional items of adult patients （F = 1.79, P 〉 0.05）, and the score of embarrassed by your symptoms was the first item. CONCLUSION The quality of life of adolescent and adult patients was significantly affected by persistent allergic rhinitis. There were differences in some items between adolescent and adult patients.
