摘　　要：随着我国高等教育由精英化向大众化的转变,也带来了大学生社会化的新问题。本文分析了大学生的社会角色,提出了加强民族地区大学生社会化教育是教育的功能、教育目标、大学生特点和就业形势的要求,并提出了民族地区大学生社会化教育的主要内容。With China＇s higher education from elitism to popular changes, it has brought the new socialized problems. This paper analyzes the college＇s role in society, and puts forward that to strengthen socialized education is the requirements of the function of education, educational goals, a university student characteristics and the employment situation. The article also discusses the role of the community college students of the content of education.
