摘　　要：军事概念体系的建立是军事术语体系建立的基础和前提。军事概念是军事认识客体在军事认识主体心理上的反映,军事概念体系反映相应的军事知识体系;概念用定义描述,被赋予约定的指称;概念的特征是构成概念的任何特点、属性或关系;概念之间存在着层级关系和非层级关系,正是基于这些关系,才有可能把军事领域的各专业知识概念组成一个协调一致的军事概念体系。军事概念体系的构建必须经过一系列交互作用的操作,它们反映出该体系建立的基本过程。The establishment of a military term system is based on that of a military concept system. A military concept is a reflection of an object of military cognition in the mind of a subject. A military concept system reflects a corresponding military term system. A concept is described by a definition, and is given a conventional reference, while features of a concept refer to any characteristics, attributes and relations which constitute the concept. There exist level relations and non-level relations between concepts, based on which all the concepts n the military field are made up of a harmony military concept system. The establishment of a military concept system requires a series of interactive operations, which reflects the basic process of the establishment.
