片段弓技术矫治成人牙周病患者的初步临床研究

摘　　要：目的:总结运用片段弓矫治技术对成人牙周病患者的正畸治疗过程及疗效。方法:临床矫治15例成人牙周病患者,年龄22～54岁,在牙周基础治疗控制牙周炎症的基础上,根据患者情况,使用片段弓矫治技术配合活动矫治器进行矫治。结果:疗效明显,达到牙列整齐,咬合良好,牙周状况明显改善,一定程度上保留了松动牙,使患者在面部美观和口腔功能上得到改善。结论:采用片段弓矫治技术结合活动矫治器,可以在尽量不影响牙周健康和美观的情况下,使患者的畸形得到矫正;同时成功正畸治疗又促进牙周状况的改善,也是牙周综合治疗的一个重要部分。Objective To Summarize the orthodontic treatment process and curative effect for adult periodontitis. Method Fifteen subjects who range from 22 to 54 years old with adult periodontitis, sectional arch along with removable appliances, after intial therapy brought periodontal disease under control. Results The curative effects are pretty nice. The dentition is well aligned：The occlusal relationship is matched well; The periodontal condition is obviously improved. To a certain degree, the mobile teeth are reserved. Both the aesthetic and function of patients were well improved. Conclusion Sectional arch technique with removable appliance can move the teeth with least influence on the periodontal condition for the patients. Combined Orthodontic treatment is an important part of the comprehensive treatment plan for adult periodontitis, which is feasible and advisable.
