Z-350树脂桩核修复后牙牙体严重缺损的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价Z-350复合树脂桩核修复后牙牙体严重缺损的临床疗效。方法:140个牙体严重缺损的后牙随机分为两组,银汞组65个,Z-350树脂组75个,随访时间2年。结果:Z-350复合树脂在修复后牙牙体严重缺损的成功率优于银汞桩核,两者存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:Z-350树脂桩核用于修复后牙严重牙体缺损临床效果较好。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Z-350 composite resin post-core in restoration of serious posterior tooth defects. Methods 140 with serious posterior tooth defects were randomtly devided into two groups. The 65 posterior tooth defect were treated with Z-350 composite resin, the other 75 were treated with silver-amalgam alloy, The patients were followed up for 2 years. Results The effect of Z-350 composite resin post-core on restored serious posterior tooth defects was better than that of silver-amalgam alloy, the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Z-350 composite resin could effectively treated tooth denfects.
