结膜松弛症泪液中羊齿状结晶的观察

摘　　要：目的评估结膜松弛症患者泪液中羊齿状结晶的变化。设计前瞻性病例系列。研究对象结膜松弛症患者及与正常对照者各30例(60眼)。方法对受试者进行常规眼科检查及泪液羊齿状试验(TFT)检查。泪液羊齿状结晶分四级,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级为正常,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级为异常。主要指标泪液羊齿状结晶级别。结果结膜松弛症患者组泪液中羊齿状结晶明显减少(Ⅲ、Ⅳ级占61.7%),与对照组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着结膜松弛症病程的加重,羊齿状结晶减少明显(P<0.05)。结论泪液中黏蛋白异常可能是导致结膜松弛症患者泪膜功能异常的重要因素。(眼科,2008,17:37-39)Objective To evaluate tear ferning changes of conjunctivochalasis. Design Prospective case study series. Participants 30 patients （60 eyes） of conjunctivochalasis and normal subjects were selected. Methods The subjects were observed with general ophthalmic examination and tear fern test （TFT） . Tear ferning was classified into 4 types. Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ are normal. Type Ⅲ and Type IV are abnormal. Main Outcome Measures The type of tear ferning. Results TFT showed that tear ferning was decreased in conjunctivochalasis group （Type Ⅲ and Type Ⅳ occupied 61.7%）. The difference between conjunctivochalasis and normal control group was significant （P〈0.05）. With the aggravation of conjunctivochalasis course, tear ferning was decreased obviously （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The abnormal of mucus protein may be an important factor to cause abnormal tear film of conjunctivochalasis.
