摘　　要：本文从社会转型论的视角认为构建和谐校园的前提是协调化解矛盾。当前高校内部产生矛盾的原因是多方面的,要有效化解这些矛盾,积极构建和谐校园,必须提高领导干部处理各种利益关系和协调各种利益矛盾的能力;加强高校内部管理,建构化解矛盾的稳定机制;充分发挥思想政治工作的引导作用。The prerequisite for the formation of a harmonious campus is the solution of its contradictions. A university＇s contradictions result from various causes. To resolve them and form a harmonious campus, the university leaders＇ ability to coordinate various relationships and interests must be enhanced, the university＇s system for internal management and resolving contradictions strengthened, and political and ideological work brought into full play.
