摘　　要：高等学校是社会的重要组成部分,更是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要阵地。如何构建和谐大学校园,是在构建社会主义和谐社会的实践中必须深入思考的一个问题。本文就大学校园文化建设与制度建设的相互关系及其在和谐大学校园构建中的重要作用进行了初步探讨,并讨论了制度建设中应该注意的几个问题。An institution of higher learning is a part of society and an important front for building a harmonious socialist society. As a result, how to create a harmonious university campus is a significant matter. An analysis is made on the relationship between the building of a campus culture and its system building, and their important role in the formation of a harmonious campus. A number of issues related to system building are also discussed.
