摘　　要：高校收费关系到千千万万的学生及其家庭,收费标准合理与否,不仅关系到高等院校的社会形象,更直接影响到高等教育的社会公平问题。本文着重分析了我国高等教育收费标准拟定时必须切实注意的几个问题,以期引起有关方面的重视,确定出一种既适合国情,又相对公平合理,同时大多数人民群众能负担得起的高等教育收费标准。University charges are a major concern for hundreds of thousands of students and their families. Whether the charges are reasonable not only affects the image of a univ, ersity but also has to do with the social equality of higher education. A discussion is made on a number of issues regarding the determination of the rates of charges for higher education in China. It is advocated that fair and reasonable rates of higher education charges be set that are appropriate in light of the national conditions as well as affordable to the majority of people.
