摘  要:目的寻求建立小鼠滴虫性阴道炎模型的最佳条件。方法采用雌激素与乳杆菌合用(A组)、单用雌激素(B组)、仅接种滴虫(C组)这3种处理方法,各组均分别接种106/ml、107/ml和108/ml 3种密度的滴虫,定期取小鼠阴道冲洗物镜检及培养,观察有无活滴虫,比较各组小鼠的滴虫感染率。结果A组与B组两组小鼠的最初感染率相似(P>0.05),但A组小鼠表现出较持久的感染性;仅单纯接种滴虫组及接种106/ml密度滴虫组小鼠不能形成滴虫性阴道炎(感染率几乎为0);接种107/ml和108/ml密度滴虫组间比较感染率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论注射雌激素+接种乳杆菌+接种107/ml密度的滴虫是建立小鼠滴虫性阴道炎的最佳条件。Objective To investigate the optimal conditions for establishing Trichomonal vaginitis model in mice. Methods Mice were treated with etrogen and lactobacillus (group A), etrogen alone (group B) or neither etrogen nor lactobacillus (group C), and each group was subjected to the inoculation of trophozoites in the density of 10^6/ml, 10^7/ml and 10^8/ml respectively serving as subgroups A1-3, subgroups B1-3 and subgroups C1-3. The trichomonads cultured in vaginal lavage fluid obtained at day 2, 4, 7, 10, 12 and 14 after inoculation were observed, and alive trichomonads in the lotion were also observed under a microscope. The trichomonads infection rate was compared between groups. Results Although the initial infection rate was similar between group A and group B (P〉0.05), the mice in group A showed a longer duration of infection than in group B. In subgroups A1, B1 and C, the mice were not suffered from trichomonal vaginitis (infection rate was almost 0). There was no significant difference in the infection rate between subgroups A2, A3 and B2, B3 (P〉0.05). Conclusion The model of Trichomonal vaginitis can be established by treating the mouse with injecting etrogen, inoculating lactobacillus and trichomonads (10^7/ml) together.
