摘　　要：[目的]探讨2种方法制作的暂时冠对基牙牙周组织的影响,以便于临床参考。[方法]对需要进行固定义齿修复的50个病人的100颗基牙,随机分为两组,分别用直接法、间接法制做暂时冠桥,戴入后3个月分别评价边缘适合性,菌斑指数,牙龈出血指数。[结果]各组暂时冠桥的边缘适合性、菌斑指数,牙龈出血指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]间接法制作的暂时冠桥边缘适合形好,对基牙牙龈刺激性小。[ Objective] To study the influence of periodontal tissue by making temporary crown and fixed bridge with two different methods. [ Methods ] One hundred teeth of 50 patients who need to be fixed denture preparation have been divided in 2 groups randomly. The temporary crown and fixed bridge of one group has been made by direct method, that of the other group has been made by indirect method. The edge fitness, plaque index and gingival bleeding index of each group were examined 3 months later. [ Results ] The edge fitness, plaque index and gingival bleeding index of each group has statistics difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] The temporary crown and fixed bridge made by indirect method has good edge fitness and little gum irritation.
