釉质粘接剂与光固化窝沟封闭剂临床效果评价

摘　　要：[目的]评价釉质粘接剂用于窝沟封闭的临床应用价值及其效果。[方法]对780例6～12岁患儿的1560个上、下颌第一恒磨牙用釉质粘接剂进行窝沟封闭术，并采用Estiseal光固化窝沟封闭剂自身对照的研究方法评价效果。[结果]随诊4年后发现釉质粘接剂组在1～4年的涂膜保留率均比可见光固化组高（P〈0．01），但龋病患病率差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。[结论]釉质粘接剂是一种可靠、方便的化学窝沟封闭剂，值得临床推广应用。[ Objective] Evaluate clinical application value of the enamel Bonding agents in microfilled sealant. [ Methods ] Permanent molars 1560 in 780 patients aged from 6-12 years were treated with The enamel bonding agents and the Estiseal light-cured microfilled sealant and evaluation their result. The patients were followed up for 4 years, [ Results ] After 1-4 years the enamel bonding agents have high rate of coat holding （P 〈0.01 ）. But the decayed tooth rate didnt show the difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The enamel bonding agents is a kind of credibility convenient chemistry micro- filled sealant and deserve application in clinic.
