摘　　要：体育教学不仅能提高学生的身体素质,也能促进学生的"心理健康"发展.文章探讨了体育教学与心理健康教育两者相互影响、相互渗透教育的尝试方法,提出在体育教学中应引导学生在提高身体素质的同时提高自身心理健康的多种方式,以促进自身的心理健康和培养良好的性格.Physical education will not only improve students＇ fitness,but also contribute to the development of psychological health. This article offers a detailed discussion on the relations between physical education and psychological health as well as the methodology for integrating the both with a purpose of promoting the formation of psychological health and pleasant character.
