摘  要:使用同时蒸馏萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法对槐花中挥发性成分进行了气相色谱/质谱分析鉴定。结果显示,同时蒸馏萃取法提取槐花精油,可分离得到52种组分,鉴定出43种化合物,占出峰总面积的98.49%;而用水蒸气蒸馏法仅得到41种组分,鉴定出28种化合物,占出峰总面积的84.53%。体外抑菌试验显示,该精油对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538、威尔斯李斯特菌ATCC35897、单增李斯特菌ATCC35152、溶血性链球菌CMCC32210、志贺氏痢疾杆菌CMCC51252、埃希氏大肠杆菌ATCC8099、伤寒沙门氏菌CMCC50013、甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌CMCC50093均有抑制作用。GC/MS was carried out to analyze the volatile components in essential oil of Flos Sophorae Immaturus by using the simultaneous distillation extraction method (SDE) and water steam distillation method (WSD). The results showed that 52 compounds were separated from essential oil, 43 compounds were identified by SDE and they accounted for 98.49% of the total peak areas. But only 41 compounds were separated from essential oil, 28 compounds were identified by WSD and they accounted for 84.53% of the total peak areas. In vitro antimicrobial experiments showed that the essential oil had an antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Listeria weishimeri ATCC 35897, Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 35152, Hemolytic streptococcus CMCC 32210, Shigella dysenteriae CMCC 51252, Escherichia coli ATCC 8099, Salmonella typhi CMCC 50013 and Salmonellaparatyphi A CMCC 50093.
