广西县、乡(镇)卫生人力资源的趋势面分析

摘　　要：目的探讨趋势面分析在卫生人力资源中的应用,了解广西县、乡(镇)卫生人力资源的地理分布特征及局部变异。方法利用广西壮族自治区卫生厅重点课题《广西卫生人力资源现状调查与分析研究》基础资料,运用SAS9.0建立趋势面方程和绘制趋势分析图、剩余值图。结果广西县、乡(镇)卫生人力资源地理分布,呈现由西向东,逐步增高,变化逐渐增大的总体趋势。局部变异趋势,西部地区相对平稳。乡(镇)级卫生人力资源,于新建城市及城市一些交界地区出现聚集,县级卫生人力资源局部变异较乡(镇)平稳,但出现局部聚集和流失。结论趋势面分析客观反映了广西县、乡(镇)卫生人力资源的地理分布和局部变异趋势,趋势面分析在地理人群组成的系统中有较好的应用前景。Objective To explore how the Trend-Surface Analysis is used in health human resources and to study the geographical distributive characteristics and local variation of health human resource in the counties and villages of Guangxi Province. Methods Based on the funda- mental information in the key subject-The Present Situation and Analysis of Health Human Resource in Guangxi, which is funded by the Public Health Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomy Region, the charts of Trend-Surface Analysis Equation and Surplus Value were drawn with SAS9.0. Resuits The geographical distribution of health human resource in the counties and villages of Guangxi Province increases gradually from the west areas to the east in overall. As for local varying trend, it is relatively stable in thewest areas. The health human resources og the villages gather in some newly-built cities and boundaries, and the varying trend in some local areas of the counties is more stable than in the villages. In local areas of the villages, medical workers gather or leave. Conclusion Trend-Surface Analysis reflects the geographical distributive characteristics and local varying trend, and Trend-Surface Analysis has a better application future in geography system.
