基于GIS的大连市星级饭店空间布局研究

摘　　要：以大连市区112家星级饭店为研究对象,运用GIS空间分析工具Mapinfo7.0,对其空间布局进行研究。结果表明:大连市星级饭店等级规模结构呈纺锤形;空间布局以中山广场为核心,呈同心圆集聚,并沿4条主干道向外扩散;在不同地价区的分布呈倒金字塔形;向主要的交通干道附近聚集;空间分布密度不均衡;影响星级饭店空间布局的因素有地价、交通、CBD、市场等。最后提出了优化大连市星级饭店空间布局的建议:总量控制、结构调整和布局调整。This article takes 112 star-hotels as the study subjects in urban of Dalian, uses spatial analysis tools Mapinfo7.0 of GIS, and studies the spatial distribution of star-hotels preliminarily. The result is that the spatial distribution is just like a circular. Zhongshan Square is in the center. Many star-hotels are located in the circular, and others lie along four main roads. The shape of spatial distribution is like an inverted pyramid in different land price areas. Star-hotels are gathering nearly to the main transport corridors. Spatial distribution of density unbalanced. The spatial distribution is influenced by many factors, such as the land price, accessibility, CBD, market, etc. Finally, some suggestions about how to optimize the spatial distribution of star-hotels are given, and they are quantity control, structure adjustment, and spatial distribution adjustment.
