摘　　要：为测定马兜铃中马兜铃酸A的含量,本文采用了高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18(150mm×4.6mm,5um);以甲醇-水-乙酸(70:28:2)为流动相,流速为0.8ml/min;检测波长315nm;柱温25℃。由实验结果可知,马兜铃酸A同其他成分分离度良好。线性范围:0.21～O.61g。平均回收率为98.9O﹪。此法快速方便,灵敏度高,结果准确,可用于测定马兜铃中马兜铃酸A的含量。In order to determinate the content of Aristolochie acid A in Aristolochia debilis Sieb, this paper use the method of HPLC, Using phenomeneX C18（150mm×4.6mm, 5urn）column, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid（70：28：2）, the flow rate was 0.8ml.min.the detection wave length was at 315nm The column temperature was 25℃. The content of Aristolochie acid A in Aristolochia debilis Sieb had a good linearity in the range of 0.21 -0.61ug.The average recovery was 98.90 % .The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate.It can be used as method of assay the content of Aristolochie acid A in Aristolochia debilis Sieb.
