摘　　要：通过对中国和韩国高等医学教育机制、分科、教育过程的概述,对中韩两国高等医学教育结构和布局的调整,多元制度的形成,管理体制及办学模式的巨大变化进行比较,论述中韩两国高等医学教育间的根本差异以及深远影响。By summarizing the mechanism of higher medical education, the division of different branches and the educational process in Korea and China, and comparing the witnessed tremendous changes of the higher medical education in the two countries in terms of the structure-layout and its adjustment, formation of multi-system, management system and the school running mode, this paper discusses the fundamental differences and its far-reaching effects of the higher medical education in the two countries.
