摘  要:目的比较普通克氏针与螺纹克氏针治疗锁骨中段骨折的生物力学特性。方法取9具防腐尸体锁骨标本,将每具标本左、右侧锁骨随机分到A、B两组,每组9具,制成锁骨横断骨折模型,分别用直径2mm普通克氏针与螺纹克氏针固定。通过三点弯曲、拉伸和扭转实验检验两种固定后的即时效果。结果两组弯曲挠度、拉伸强度和扭转强度分别为4.91mm、28.90N、0.03Nm;4.83mm、76.48N、0.08Nm。结论螺纹克氏针固定在抗弯曲方面与普通克氏针固定相近,在抗拉伸和抗扭转方面比普通克氏针固定更坚强。Objective To study biomechanics of internal Fixation with threaded Kirschner wires for clavicle fracture. Method Right and left clavicles obtained from 9 cadavers were randomly divided into two groups, and were fractured as models of clavigular transverse fracture.Group A were fixed by Kirschner wires, while Group B were fixed by threaded Kirschner wires. The immediate effect of fixation was evaluated by 3-point bending testing, pulling testing and torquing testing. Results Bending deflection, tensile strength, torsion strength was 4.91vs4.83mm, 28.90vs76.48N, 0.03vs0.08Nmo Conclusions The anti-bending strength of threaded Kirschner wires is similar to that of common Kirschner wires, but the tensile strength and torsion strength of threaded Kirschner wires was stronger than that of common Kirsghner wires.
