摘　　要：对4个迷你黄瓜品种的外观品质和营养品质进行了测定。结果表明,迷你2号的外观品质最优,迷你1号的营养价值最高。In this article, appearance characters and nutritive quality of four mini cucumber varieties were compared, the result showed that the appearance characters of ‘mini NO.2＇ is the best, and the nutritive quality of ‘mini NO.1＇ is higher than the others.
