木材流通领域被许可人监督管理制度分析

摘　　要：分析了我国木材流通领域中的木材凭证运输行政许可制度、木材经营加工行政许可制度及木材运输检查监督制度,探讨了行政许可制度上存在的问题以及相关法律规定中的缺陷,并从法制的视角提出了相关的对策。The article analyses the voucher system about wood transports, the manage and processing administration permission system and the examining and supervision system in China＇s wood circulation field, examines the problems in administration permission system and the defects in relevant legal rules, and brings forward the relevant countermeasure from the viewpoint of legal institutions.
