企业基因理论的演化及其顺反子系统新模型的构建

摘　　要：通过理论综述勾勒出现有企业基因理论的演化路线,分阶段阐述其创新性和局限性,指出目前企业基因定义采用的基因三位一体学说忽视了基因的可分性。借鉴基因顺反子模型,本文将企业基因理论向内深入到基因内部的核苷酸层面,外扩到基因载体的染色体层面,完整搭建"企业顺反子基因系统"模型,并指出该系统模型的理论创新价值和实践中对企业成长蜕变的启示。Through summarizing the evolution of cor porate gene theory, the paper find out the neglection of gene＇s dividable characteristic. By Applying the Genetic Ciston Model, corporate gene system model goes internally and externally into the level of nucleotide and chromosome to build a more complete Ciston System Model of Corporate Gene. The paper further discuss the essential element of the system model and predicts the theoretical and practical significance of the model to corporate growth and transformation.
