摘 要:对纳米SiO2鞣制后的革坯进行复鞣、选择性填充、染色及加脂的工艺平衡研究,同时对纳米SiO2-有机膦、纳米SiO2-Al结合鞣进行了研究,得到了较为理想的纳米SiO2鞣革工艺方案。试验结果表明:复鞣、加脂材料的选择对成革的性能影响明显,采用具有反应活性的阳离子型三聚氰胺复鞣剂和分子尺寸小,易于渗透、结合的加脂剂进行复鞣和加脂,成革柔软、丰满,力学性能优良,色泽饱满。在结合鞣方案中,纳米SiO2-有机膦结合鞣有较明显的优点,成革综合性能优良。结合鞣时铝鞣剂的较适用量为2%~4%(以Al2O3计),有机膦的用量为1.5%~2%。After nano - SiO2 tannage, the technics balance including the influence of retanning, selective filling, dyeing, fatliquoring on properties of leather was studied. And the combination tanning methods of nano - SiO2 - organicphosphorus and nano - SiO2 - aluminous were also reviewed. An optimum nano - Si02 tanning method was obtained. It shows that retanning and fatliquoring agents have strong influence on the properties of resultant leather. The melamine resin with high activity and cationic characteristics and fatliquoring agent with good penetration and combination characteristics are the best choices for retanning and fatliquoring. The resultant leatheris soft, full and bright with good mechanical properties. And the nano - SiO2 - organophosphorus system is superior to nano - SiO2 - Al system, the advised dosage of aluminous salt and organophosphorus are 2 wt% - 4 wt% (based on the content of Al2O3) and 1.5 wt% -2 wt%, respectively.
