摘　　要：研究小麦麸皮植酸酶催化植酸水解法所得三磷酸肌醇(1,2,3-IP3)在小鼠体内外抗氧化作用及机理。用K_3[Fe(CN)_6]体系测还原性表明1,2,3-IP3还原能力很弱。在铁离子催化的Fenton反应中,采用活性氧(ROS)试剂盒测定活性氧ROS含量,当浓度为0.4 mg/mL时,1,2,3-IP3对化学模拟体系中及小鼠血清中活性氧的抑制率分别为91.54%、91.78%。在高浓度(20 mg/mL)时,1,2,3-IP3对大鼠红细胞氧化自溶血具有促进作用;低浓度(2 mg/mL)时具有明显的抑制作用。1,2,3-IP3对小鼠肝匀浆体外温育MDA的生成抑制作用较弱。小鼠腹腔连续注射1,2,3-IP3(100 mg/kg·d)12 d后,与对照组比较,小鼠血清抗活性氧显著提高,同时肝匀浆中MDA含量降低但未达到显著水平。Abstract The effects and mechanism of inositol triphosphate （ 1,2,3 - IP3） prepared by hydrolysis of phytic acid through a wheat bran phytase on the oxidation state were studied in vitro and in growing mice. 1,2,3 - IP3 demonstrates low deoxidation in K3 [ Fe （CN）6 ] system . The inhibitory rates of the formation of reactive oxygen species （ROS） via the ion - catalyzed Fenton reaction by using the reagent kits in chemical system and in mice serum at concentration of 0. 4 mg/ mL are 91.54% and 91.78%, respectively by1,2,3 - IP3. At a higher concentration of 20 mg/mL 1,2,3 - IP3 promotes the hemolysis of mice red blood cell in vitro, but at a lower concentration （2 mg/mL ） it exhibits significant inhibito- ry effect. 1,2,3 - IP3 has low inhibitory effect on malondialdehyde （MDA） value in mice liver homogenate in vitro. After injection of 1,2,3 - IP3 （ip.） to mice 100 mg/kg.d for 12 d, the anti - ROS unit in serum slightly rises, and malondialdehyde （MDA） value in liver decreases not significantly compared with the control group.
