摘  要:采用田间试验,对采收荚果按长度分级,探讨了5种荚果长度与黄秋葵、红秋葵果实品质的关系。结果表明:黄秋葵果荚长7~12cm、红秋葵荚果长8~13cm时,其荚果中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和维生素C含量均较高;纤维素含量随荚果的增长而增加。对同级2种秋葵而言,4级、3级和2级黄秋葵果实中可溶性糖、维生素C含量均比红秋葵的高,而可溶性蛋白、纤维素含量均比红秋葵的低。Using field experiment and grading by fruit length, the effects of five kinds of legume lengths on fruit quality of yellow and red okras were studied. The results showed that the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and vitamin C in Hibiscus esculentus L. fruit at 7 - 12 cm length and in H. coccineus (Medicus) Walt fruit at 8-13 cm length were high. The cellulose content increased with the fruit length. The content of soluble sugar,the vitamin C in yellow okra fruit at 4 level,3 level and 2 level were higher than that in red okra fruit. But the content of soluble protein and cellulose content in yellow okra fruit were lower than that in red okra fruit.
