摘　　要：介绍了汽车覆盖件冲压成形仿真的研究背景,阐明了拼焊板的应用现状,论述了拼焊板冲压成形数值模拟的理论和流程。在Dynaform中对拼焊板进行了冲压成形过程的仿真,通过对仿真结果进行分析,提出了减少成形缺陷的措施。The research background of simulation of the stamping form process for complex automotive body panels is described in this paper, then the current application of Tailor Welded Blank is explained, and the theory and flow of numerical simulation for Tailor Welded Blank stamping form is expounded. The simulation of stamping form for tailor welded blank is carried out in Dynaform, the measures which can reduce the forming disfigurement is put forward by analyzing the simulation results.
