摘　　要：模具材料选择不当会造成模具失效,根据其失效机理建立模具材料失效抗力指标体系,应用CAE分析软件和网络数据库技术,开发了基于Web的模具材料选择与应用系统,对该系统模具设计中材料的选择有积极的作用。Because the molding tool material choice isn＇t appropriate to result in the bottleneck that the molding tool expiration has become the molding tool profession development. This text according to molding tool expiration mechanism, the establishment molding tool material expiration the resistance index sign system, the application CAE analysis software and the network database tech- nique, develop a choice according to the Web the molding tool material and apply system, have aggressive meaning to the choice of the material in the molding tool design.
