摘  要:采用溶胶-粉末混合挤出法制备Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3压电陶瓷纤维。研究了PZT纤维制备的合理条件,如溶胶粘度的调整,粉末和溶胶的混合比例及烧结温度等。在溶胶和粉末的摩尔比为1∶7时能成功地挤出直径为500μm的纤维生坯。研究了不同烧结温度下的纤维密度、收缩率及显微结构,并将纤维与环氧复合制备1-3型复合材料,研究复合材料的介电及压电性能。结果表明,在1240℃下烧结纤维及复合材料表现出更好的性能。The fabrication of Pb(Zr, Ti)O3 piezoelectric ceramic fibers by extrusion of a powder-sol mixture is presented. The fabrication conditions in the process, such as the viscosity of the sol, the mixture ratio of the powder and the sol, and the sintering temperature, were investigated. Green fibers with a diameter of about 500 μm were successfully extruded when the mixture of PZT sol and powder was 1:7. The density, shrinkage ratio and microstructure of fibers were investigated. Composites of the PZT fiber in epoxy resin were fabricated, and the piezoelectric constant of the composites was tested. The results showed that the fibers sintered at 1240 ℃ exhibited better performance in the composites.
