摘　　要：目的:探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)mRNA及蛋白在早孕小鼠子宫内膜的作用。方法:实时荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)及免疫组化方法分别检测未孕(d0)及早孕d2、d3、d4、d5、d6、d7小鼠子宫内膜PCNA mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:随着小鼠妊娠天数的增加,PCNAmRNA及蛋白表达量也逐渐增高,在孕d4、d5达到峰值,孕d6、d7逐渐下降。结论:在胚泡植入窗口期子宫内膜PCNA的高表达,可能参与了子宫内膜蜕膜化过程,在胚泡早期植入中发挥作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） in mice endometrium during early pregnancy. Methods： Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR （FQ-PCR） and immunohistochemistry techniques were used to detect the PCNA mRNA and protein expressed in endometrium from nonpregnant and pregnant mice on day 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, respectively. Results： The expression ofPCNA mRNA and protein showed gradual hoist trend as days past and at pregnant d 4, d 5, it reached the maximum, pregnant d 6, d 7 showed gradual descent trend. Conclusion： The high expression of PCNA in ＂implantation windows＂ indicated that it may participate in the process of decidualization and involved in the embryo implantation process.
