摘　　要：目的:探讨腹膜后肿瘤影像学解剖定位和定性的内在关系。方法:回顾性分析2002年1月至2007年6月经手术治疗的59例腹膜后肿瘤,分析总结其一般资料、临床表现、术前影像学检查临床资料。结果:术前影像学检查解剖定位划分,占据肾旁前间隙4例,肾周间隙26例,肾旁后间隙5例,肾旁前间隙和肾周间隙11例,肾周间隙和肾旁后间隙6例,肾旁前间隙、肾周间隙和肾旁后间隙7例。均经手术治疗且病理证实腹膜后各间隙肿瘤病理类型。结论:依据腹膜后三大间隙的划分,结合影像技术实现临床应用解剖诊断分析,有助于术前解决腹膜后肿瘤的定位、定性和了解与周围脏器的关系。Objective To investigate the association between the anatomic location retroperitoneal tumors on radiologicat examinations and the diagnosis of the neoplasms. Methods 59 patients with retroperitoneal tumors were treated surgically from January 2002 to July 2007 and the clinical data of these patients including general information, clinical manifestations, and preoperative radiological examinations were retrospectively analyzed. Results On preoperative radiological examinations, 4 neoplasias located in the anterior pararenal spaces, 26 in the perirenal space, 5 in the posterior pararenal spaces, 11 dually in the anterior pararenal and perirenal spaces, 6 dually in the anterior pararenal and perirenal spaces, and 7 triplly in the anterior pararenal, perirenal, and posterior pararenat spaces. All patients receive surgical treatment and the type of the neoplasias was confirmed pathologically. Conclusion Based on the classification of the retroperitoneat space, radiological examinations combined with anatomic analyses are helpful in locating and identifying the neoplasm and in confirming the relationship of the retroperitoneal tumor with the surrounding organs.
