上皮剩余在咬合力改变后的形态分布研究

摘  要:目的:观察上皮剩余在咬合力改变后的不同时期形态分布的变化规律,从而探讨其在牙周改建中的作用机制。方法:用健康雄性BALB/c小鼠,做口外切口,拔除左下颌第一、二、三磨牙,建立小鼠咬合力增强和减弱的模型,分别于术后0、1、3、7、14、21、28d处死。设术后0d小鼠作为对照组。细胞角蛋白14(cy-tokeratin14)特异标记上皮剩余细胞,光镜观察其分布和细胞形态。结果:成功建立咬合力改变雄性BALB/c小鼠模型。CK14标记显示拔牙后7d咬合力增强组上皮剩余的数量达到峰值,明显高于对照组,其后开始下降,至28d基本恢复正常。而咬合力减弱组拔牙后21d开始上皮剩余数量逐渐下降。结论:上皮剩余与咬合力改变后的牙周改建过程尤其是牙周膜宽度具有密切关系。AIM: To study the regularity of the morphology and distribution of the epithelial cell rests of Malassez( ECRM )after change of biting force, so as to explore its possible mechanism for remodeling of periodontal ligament. METHODS : Animal model biting force change of was induced by extraoral incision to remove the left mandibular molars in male BALB/c mice. The left maxillary molars were served as decreased bite force models. The right maxillary molars were served as increased bite force models. The mice were sacrificed at 0,1, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 d separately after extraction. The controlled mice were sacrificed at 0d after extraction. RESULTS: Animal model of biting force cbange was established successfully. The quantity of ECRM in increased bite force groups reached its peak at 7th d after extraction, which were significantly higher than that of the control group and gradually decreased to normal level on day 28 after extraction according to CK14 labeling. Whereas, the quantity of ECRM in decreased biting force groups decreased gradually from 21d after extraction. CONCLUSION : ECRM participate with the remodeling of periodontal ligament after the biting force change.
