摘  要:目的:研究纤维桩和黏结剂的弹性模量对纤维桩修复应力的影响,为临床上合理选择纤维桩和黏结剂提供实验依据。方法:建立下颌第二前磨牙纤维桩修复的三维有限元模型,设定纤维桩弹性模量(Ep)在15~50GPa之间、黏结剂弹性模量(Ea)在2~20GPa之间变化,以牙体组织和黏结剂层的VonMises应力峰值为观察指标,应用Ansys Workbench DesignXplorer分析软件,研究纤维桩和黏结剂的弹性模量对纤维桩修复应力的影响。结果:一定载荷下,牙体组织的VonMises应力峰值随着Ep和Ea增大而减小,减小幅度为4.45%;黏结剂层的VonMises应力峰值随着Ep和Ea增大而增大,增大幅度为158.68%;与Ep相比,黏结剂层VonMises应力峰值改变对变量Ea的敏感度更高。结论:当纤维桩弹性模量在15~50GPa之间、黏结剂弹性模量在2~20GPa之间变化时,纤维桩和黏结剂的弹性模量改变对牙体组织应力无明显影响;黏结剂层应力随着纤维桩和黏结剂的弹性模量的增大而增大;黏结剂的弹性模量改变对于黏结剂层应力的影响更大;选择低弹性模量的纤维桩和黏结剂对保护纤维桩黏结界面是有利的。AIM: To analyze the stress effects of the posts and adhesives with different elastic modulus to the fiber post restorations. METHODS:Finite element model of fiber post restoration was created. The range of the post's elastic modulus (Ep) and adhesive's elastic modulus (Ea) were set from 15 to 50 GPa and from 2 to 20 GPa respectively. The maximum Von Mises stresses in residual dentine and adhesive layer were observed in Ansys Workbench Design Xplorer environment. RESULTS: Under the load, the maximum Von Mises stresses in residual dentine was decreased with increasing of Ep and Ea increased, the decreasing amplitude was 4.45%, the maximum Von Misesstresses in adhesive layer increased with Ep and Ea. The increasing amplitude was 158.68%. The variation of the maximum Von Mises stresses in adhesive layer was more sensitive to Ea than to Ep. CONCLUSION : When the elastic modulus of fiber posts and adhesives change among the range from 15 to 50 GPa and from 2 to 20 GPa respectively. The maximum Von Mises stresses in residual dentine changes little. When the elastic modulus of fiber post and adhesive alter, the maximum Von Mises stresses in adhesive layer increases with the elastic modulus of fiber post and adhesive. The variation of the maximum Von Mises stresses in adhesive layer is more sensitive to elastic modulus of adhesive than to fiber post. Choosing lower elastic modulus of fiber post and adhesive is benefit for protecting bonding interface of fiber post restoration.
