摘  要:观察饮食诱导肥胖(diet-induced obese,DIO)大鼠下丘脑细胞因子诱导的含SH2区域的蛋白(cytokine in-ducible SH 2containing protein,CIS)与细胞因子信号转导抑制因子-3(suppressor of cytokine signaling 3,SOCS-3)mRNA表达的变化。将雄性6周龄SD大鼠,随机分为基础饮食组和高脂饮食组,饲养9周后处死。采用RT-PCR技术检测下丘脑CIS mRNA与SOCS-3 mRNA表达,结果表明高脂组大鼠下丘脑CIS mRNA、SOCS-3 mR-NA表达水平显著高于基础饮食组(P<0.05)。提示CIS、SOCS-3可能参与DIO大鼠肥胖的发病机制。To investigate the changes of cytokine inducible SH2 containing protein (CIS) and suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 (SOCS-3) gene mRNA expressions in hypothalamus of dietinduced obesity (DIO) rats. The male rats aged six weeks were divided into two groups randomly, one group of rats was fed with high fat diet, the other was fed with basic diet. The level of CIS and SOCS-3 gene mRNA expression was evaluated by RT-PCR. The results showed that the levels of CIS and SOCS-3 gene mRNA expression in hypothalamus of DIO rats were higher than those of rats fed with basic diet(P〈0. 01). CIS and SOCS-3 may contribute to the pathogenesis of obesity in DIO rats.
