摘  要:目的建立荧光原位杂交(FISH)方法检测8号染色体c-myc基因断裂,为临床筛选Burkitt’s淋巴瘤和成熟B型淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)提供方法。方法11例临床标本,FISH检测5例阴性,6例阳性。结果期待阴性的5例标本全部阴性,期待阳性的6例标本4例呈现阳性。结论用FISH法检测Burkitt’s淋巴瘤/B-ALL相关的myc基因断裂可行并基本可靠。Objective The aim of this paper is to establish a test with Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (FISH) for detection of c-myc break, to screen out Burkitt' s lymphoma with bone marrow metastases and mature B-ALL from common ALL. Methods Samples from 13 patients were tested with FISH. 5 of them served as negative controls, the other 8 patients were presented as acute lymphatic leukemia (ALL) with FAB L3 morphology or with positive sIgM and Burkitt' s lymphoma diagnosed by pathology or clinically. Results Five negative controls showed negative results. Four of the eight excepted positive samples showed positive results. Conclusion Detect the c-myc break related to Burkitt' s lymphoma and mature B-ALL with FISH is feasible and to a great extent reliable.
