甘薯块根生长过程中淀粉含量的变化

摘　　要：对9个甘薯品种栽后50 d、85 d、108 d、136 d和167 d块根淀粉含量及其动态变化测定与分析的结果表明:甘薯块根淀粉含量在生长过程中表现为不断增加的总趋势,但在栽插后的50 d^85 d和108 d^136 d两个阶段变化程度最大,变化速率最快,其余阶段除个别品种以外,变化不大,表现较为稳定.淀粉含量在生长过程中没有显著的相关性.The measurement and analysis of starch content of the storage roots of nine sweetpotato varieties 50 d, 85 d, 108 d, 136 d and 167 d after transplanting indicated a general trend that starch content of storage roots during the growth period was always increasing, which had greater variation ranges and higher velocities during 50 d-85 d and 108 d-136 d after transplanting in most varieties studied. No significant correlation was noticed between starch contents of storage roots and the growth processes.
