摘 要:研究了"渝紫263"等5个不同肉色甘薯品种进行交互嫁接的鲜薯产量和薯干产量的影响效应,结果表明:鲜薯产量和薯干产量的砧木效应和砧木×接穗互作效应均达极显著,接穗效应不显著;在20个嫁接组合中,以"2-19-99×2-I19-43"嫁接组合的鲜薯产量和薯干产量最高,显著高于其它19个嫁接组合.紫肉甘薯各自作砧木或接穗的嫁接组合,块根产量受到砧木和接穗交互作用的共同影响,但砧木自身的遗传特性是影响鲜薯产量和薯干产量的决定性因素,接穗对鲜薯产量和薯干产量的影响比砧木小.Reciprocal grafting was made between five sweetpotato(Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam. )cultivars with different storage root flesh colours, the fresh root yields and dry matter yields of these grafting combinations were investigated and analyzed in present paper. Stock and interaction of stock×scion showed highly significant influences on fresh root yield and dry matter yield, while influences of scion were insignificant statistically. Of the reciprocal 20 grafting combinations in this study, "2-19-99×2-I19-43" had significantly higher fresh root yield and dry matter yield yield than the rest. Although the stock and scion influened both on yields, but the genetic characteristics of the stock played predominant influenes on the yields than scion, especial in those reciprocal grafting combinations between purple and yellow flesh cultivars.
