摘 要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对109份甘薯种质资源进行超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酯酶(EST)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)等3种酶同工酶的测定和分析.结果表明:甘薯不同器官的同工酶酶谱具有特异性,叶片的同工酶最稳定且最具代表性.酶谱类型极丰富,具有良好的多态性.聚类结果显示:第一大类包含半数以上品种,其中以国内品种为主;所有农家种被聚在一个中等类群中;美国引进品种在聚类图中非常分散;日本引进品种大多独立聚在一类,亲缘关系较近.The isozymes of superoxide dismutase, esterase and polyphenol oxidase of the 109 sweetpotato (Ipomoea batatas)accessions were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The results showed that the isozyme bands from leaves were distinct and stable, and could be used to analyze the affinity among different strains of sweetpotato. The abundant zymograms of the three isozymes reflec- ted their favorable polymorphism. In cluster analysis, most accessions fell into the first group, of which the majority were of Chinese origin; all the traditional accessions maintained by the local farmers were clustered together; the distribution of the germplasms introduced from America was quite scattered and the germ- plasms introduced from Japan were closely related phenogenetically and formed an independent cluster.
