气郁质生命质量流行病学调查分析

摘　　要：目的探索气郁质人群的生命质量。方法以标准化的中医体质量表,采用现况调查筛选气郁质与非气郁质,以SF-36量表评价气郁质与非气郁质者的生活质量。以气郁质(0=否,1=是)为因变量,以SF-36量表9个维度标准分为自变量进行二项分类logistic回归分析。结果SF-36量表的总体健康(GH)、活力(VT)、情感职能(RE)及精神健康(MH)维度进入回归方程。结论气郁质与SF-36量表心理健康方面的综合指标(VT,RE,MH)相关,主要反映了心理状态方面的偏颇失衡。Objective To explore the quality of life （QOL） of Qi-stagnation constitution. Methods Participants with Qi-stagnation constitution and without Qi-stagnation constitution were screened with standardized constitution questionnaire in traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of cross-sectional investigation, and their QOL were estimated with SF-36. A binomial logistic regression was carried out on the basis of Qi-stagnation constitution （0=no, 1=yes） as dependent variable and standardization scores of nine dimensions of SF-36 as independent variables. Results The dimensions of general health （GH）, vitality （VT）, role emotional （RE） and mental health （MH） of SF-36 entered into the regression equation. Conclusion Qi-stagnation constitution is associated with the composite indicator （VT, RE, MH） in aspects of psychological health of SF-36, mainly reflecting the disturbance of emotional state.
