抑郁症患者治疗前后认知功能的对比研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨抑郁症患者治疗前后认知功能的变化。方法 使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表以及威斯康星卡片分类测验等工具对110例抑郁症患者于治疗前及治疗第6周末进行评定，以114名正常人为对照组。结果抑郁症患者各测验量表的成绩同正常人相比均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；患者的各测验量表的成绩随病情的好转均有不同程度的改善。结论抑郁症的认知功能障碍与病情的严重程度有关，存在着特质性和状态性。Objective The purpose of the study was to explore the disparity on cognitive function between depression patients medicatcd and unmedicatcd. Methods One-hundre and ten un-mcdicatcd depression patients with recent onset and one-hundred and fourteen normal controls were studied with Wisconsin Card Sorting Test, and at the same time were assessed with HAMD-24（Hamilton Depression Scale）, HAMA （hamilton anxiety scale）, Wechsler memory scale. Results Depressive patients significantly worse in cognitive tests than normal control on WCST and Wechsler memory scale. In depression group, The result of follow up in 110 patients showed. They did better after six-weeks treatment. Conclusion Depressive patients have cognitive dysfunction which positively related to severity of depression.
