摘　　要：目的观察Ⅱ型糖尿病患者角膜内皮细胞形态方面的变化。方法256例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者（其中合并糖尿病视网膜病变的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者128例，未合并糖尿病视网膜病变的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者128例，观察角膜内皮细胞形态结构的变化。结果合并糖尿病视网膜病变的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者角膜内皮细胞形态结构与同年龄段对照组有显著性差异。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病患者角膜内皮细胞形态结构改变与病程有关。Objective Observe the morphologic variance of corneal endothelial cell of T2DM patients. Methods Set 256 cases of T2DM patients including 128 cases of diabetic retina as the observe group while 128 cases of diabetic patients which without retina disease as the contrast group to find the morphologic variance between those groups. Results The morpbologic variance of corneal endothelial in diabetic retina group and the contrast is different significant. Conclusions The course of disease has relationship with the corneal endothelial cell morphologic variance.
