金水乌鸡PRL基因第2内含子的RFLP分析

摘　　要：通过对金水乌鸡PRL基因第2内含子PCR-RFLP的检测分析,发现HaeⅢ内切酶对PCR产物进行酶切后表现出PCR-RFLP多态性,由带型判断有AA、AB、BB 3种基因型,AA型为优势基因型,A基因频率较高。采用SPSS11.0软件分析基因型与产蛋数的相关性后,发现不同的基因型间其产蛋数差异不显著(P>0.05)。In this article, the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms （PCR-RFLPs） of PRL gene in Jinshui silk fowls were investigated. It was demonstrated that 3 different genotypes of AA,AB,BB had been detected for Hae Ⅲ site. The frequency of A gene was greatly higher than that of B gene. The result of relation test showed that there was no significant difference in laying performance between the chicken of different genotypes.
