摘  要:乙酰肝素酶是一种内源性糖苷内切酶,能特异性地水解位于细胞表面、细胞外基质及基底膜的硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖为小分子片段。乙酰肝素酶普遍存在于转移性恶性肿瘤细胞中。乙酰肝素酶参与肿瘤血管生成,与肿瘤的侵袭、转移密切相关。研究表明肿瘤微环境缺氧与乙酰肝素酶的表达或活性具有密切的关系。Heparanase is a sort of endo-glycosidase. It could hydrolyze heparan sulfate proteoglycan specially, which is located in cell surface, extracellular matrix and basement membrane, to micromolecule fragment. Heparanase resides in metastatic malignant tumor cell generally. Heparanase plays an important role in tumor angiogenesis,tumor invasion and metastasis. It has been found that there is close relationship between tumor microenvironment hypoxia and the expression or activiation of heparanase.
