摘 要:为探明寄生虫对黄鳝的危害,对黄鳝消化道内三大类寄生虫棘头虫门、复殖吸虫纲和毛细线虫属的生态位宽度和生态位重叠随季节的变化及其与寄生虫感染强度的关系进行了研究.结果表明,寄生虫生态位宽度与其感染强度呈显著的正相关,各类寄生虫的生态位宽度大小具有季节性更替现象.寄生虫间的生态位重叠值也与各类寄生虫的种群密度有关,但只有当各寄生虫种群密度均达到一定阈值,寄生虫间的生态位重叠值才与感染强度呈显著正相关.同时发现,各类寄生虫在黄鳝消化道内寄生的部位具一定的选择性.Changes with seasons in breadth and overlapping of niche of the three kinds of parasite, Acanthocephala, Digenea and Capillaria in the digestive tube of Monopterus albus, and its relation ship with the intensity of infection correlation were investigated. The results indicated that there was a remarkable and positive correlation between niche breadth and intensity of infection about parasite, was a seasonal displacement of niche breadth size in every parasite. Still, population density of every parasite has an effect on the size of niche overlap, and while the size of population density reach some threshold, there is remarkable positive correlation between niche overlap and intensity of infection. It was found at the same time that there was a habitat selection for parasites in the digestive tube of Monopterus albus.
