摘 要:研究了国内外不同厂家的20种木质素磺酸盐对80%烯酰吗啉WG应用性能的影响。国外产品的分散性能普遍好于国内产品,其中Meadwsetvaco公司VSI-D80作为分散剂时,悬浮率达到98.42%。国内产品中石岘造纸厂和广州造纸厂生产的木质素磺酸钠能使WG的悬浮率达到近90%。进一步研究了不同分子质量的石岘木钙对烯酰吗啉WG性能影响,发现分子质量大于1万的石岘木钙级分有利于提高WG悬浮率和崩解性,分子质量是影响WG性能的主要因素。不同阳离子木质素磺酸盐对WG的性能影响不大。通过测定延长静置时间后水分散粒剂的悬浮率变化,可以反映悬浮液的分散稳定性,以Kinsperse126作为分散剂的WG分散稳定性优于石岘木钠的。Twenty kinds of lignosulphonates from different companies were respectively used as the dispersant of 80% dimethomorph water-dispersible granules(WG) and the properties of WGs were tested. Results showed that the properties of WGs using overseas sodium lignosulphonate(SL) were better than that using domestic SL generally and the suspension rate of WG with VSI-D80 from Meadwsetvaco Company reached 98.42%. The suspension rate of WG with SL from Shixian Paper Mill and Guangzhou Paper Mill are almost 90%. The effect of different molecular-weight fractions of Shixian calcium lignosulphonte on the properties of dimethomorph WGs were studied further. It was found that fraction with a molecular-weight more than 10,000 was good to improve the suspension rate and disintegrative of WGs. Compared with the kinds of cation, molecular weight had greater impact on the properties of WG. The stability of WG's suspension could be reflected by determining the change of suspension rate after extending the stewing time. The stability of suspension with Kinsperse126 is better than that with SL from Shixian Paper Mill.
