摘　　要：随着国际服务贸易的发展,国际投资的重点逐渐由制造业转向了服务业领域。此项研究将结合以往关于区域投资行为的研究成果及世界服务型跨国公司在中国市场投资的区位选择状况,通过研究跨国公司中国服务业的投资区位因素,探讨服务型企业跨国经营时的共同关注点,并以此为借鉴,为我国服务企业国际区位选择提出指引和借鉴。With the development of international service trade, the emphasis of international investment has turned from manufacturing industry to service industry. This study combines the previous research achievements about regional investment behavior and the location choice of transnational service companies in Chinese market, explores the common focus of service enterprises in transnational operation through researching the investment location factors of transnational companies in Chinese service industry and uses it for reference to guide the international location choice of the service industry of our country.
