摘　　要：政策支持是新世纪"教改工程"实施的基础。政策的制定、出台及其执行通常是围绕问题展开的,客观存在的问题是政策支持的始点,政策支持对新世纪广西"教改工程"的实施具有导向、调控功能。因此,广西"教改工程"政策支持体系的构建应:转变观念,端正教改态度;加强宣传,营造氛围;经费投入,财政支持;经费管理,保证经费用得其所。Policy support is the base of carrying out New Century ＂Projects of Education Reform＂. The drawing- up, issuing and implementing of policy is centered on the problems. The objective problems are the origination of policy support, which has the function of guiding, adjusting and controlling for carrying out the Projects of Guangxi ＂education reform＂. Therefore, the systematic construction of policy support in the Projects of Guangxi ＂education reform＂ should regulate attitude by transforming ideas; form the ambience by strengthening publication; support finance by investing funds; and ensure that the funds are properly employed by better managing.
