摘　　要：目的了解重庆市区健康成人不同年龄段和不同性别间血小板衍化生长因子-AB(PDGF-AB)的血清浓度水平,为研究疾病状态下人体血清PDGF-AB的浓度变化提供有益的参考数据。方法随机选取90位重庆市区健康成人血清标本,其中青年组(18～45岁),中年组(46～60岁),老年组(>60岁)各30位,采用ELISA方法测定PDGF-AB浓度,将所测值在各年龄组、性别组之间行统计学比较。结果90位健康成人血清PDGF-AB的浓度平均值为(41.09±24.26)ng/ml,各年龄分组和性别分组之间未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论重庆市区健康成人PDGF-AB血清浓度在年龄、性别之间没有显著性差别。Objective To evaluate possible differences in the serum levels of platelet - derived growth factor- AB （PDGF- AB） for healthy adults of different ages and sexes in Chongqing urban region, and provide the useful reference for the varieties of the serum PDGF - AB in the ill - condition. Methods Ninety healthy people in Chongqing urban region were selected and all enrolled were divided into the young group （18-45 y）, the middle - aged group （46-60 y） and the old group （ 〉60 y）, 30 people each group. Blood from the 90 people were collected and followed by measuring the serum concentration of PDGF - AB with Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. The statistical analysis was then performed to see whether differences exit in values among groups. Results The mean serum level of the PDGF- AB for the 90 healthy human subjects was （41.09 ± 24.26） ng/ml. There were no significant differences among different aged - groups and sexual - groups. Conclusion The serum concentrations of the PDGF - AB for the healthy adults of different age and dif- ferent sex in the Chongqing urban field show no significant difference.
