摘　　要：目的:探讨中低温度热疗对人骨肉瘤SaoS-2细胞株VEGF蛋白表达和分泌的影响。方法:经43℃中低温作用过后的SaoS-2细胞分别提取其全细胞蛋白和收集其培养上清,再使用Westem Blot方法和ELISA方法分别检测SaoS-2细胞表达和分泌VEGF蛋白的状况。结果:43℃加热可以抑制人骨肉瘤SaoS-2细胞表达和分泌VEGF,并且其抑制效应随着加热时间的延长而逐渐增强。结论:中低温度引起的VEGF表达和分泌的降低,在中低温度热疗的抗肿瘤机制中可能发挥了一定的作用。Objective To investigate the effects of middle-low thermotherapy on expression and secretion of VEGF in SaoS-2 cells, Methods： The whole proteins were extracted and the supernatants were collected from SaoS-2 cells treated at 43 ℃ respectively, The expression and secretion of VEGF in SaoS-2 cells were determined by Western blot and ELISA respectively, Results： The expression and secretion of VEGF were both inhibited after 43 ℃ treatment, and the inhibiton effects were enhanced with the treatment lasting. Conclusion：The down-regulation of VEGF expression and secretion induced by middle-low thermotherapy may be involved in its anti-osteosarcoma effect,
