摘 要:目的探讨促血管生成素2(Ang-2)和碱性成纤维生长因子(bFGF)在卵巢上皮性癌(OEC)组织中的表达及其对血管生成的影响。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测人卵巢上皮癌、卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢中的Ang-2和bFGF,计数各组中的微血管密度(MVD)。结果Ang-2和bFGF在卵巢上皮性癌中的阳性表达率分别为69.6%、73.9%,在良性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为25.0%、16.7%;在正常卵巢组织的表达率均为0。卵巢上皮性癌组两个指标的阳性率均显著高于良性卵巢肿瘤组及正常对照组(P均<0.05)。卵巢上皮性癌中Ang-2和bFGF的表达与MVD呈正相关(r分别为0.8和0.6,P均<0.05),且Ang-2和bFGF的表达亦呈正相关(r=0.8,P<0.05)。结论Ang-2、bFGF在卵巢上皮性癌的表达升高,并与血管生成密切相关。Objective To explore the expression of Ang-2 and bFGF protein expression and the effect on tumor growth and angiogenesis in human Ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Method Immunohistoehemistry was used to examine the expression of Ang-2 and bFGF protein 23 cases with ovarian epithelial carcinoma,12 cases benign tumors and 10 cases normal ovarian tissue. Result the expression of Ang-2 and bFGF protein were significantly higher in haman Ovarian epithelial than the benign and normal controls( P 〈 0. 05 ). Ang-2 and bFGF was positively correlated with MVD in Human Ovarian epithelial carcinoma( r were 0.8 and 0.6 respectively,P 〈 0.05 ). And Ang-2 was positively correlated with bFGF in human Ovarian epithelial( r was 0.8 ,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Over expression of Ang-2 and bFGF in Human Ovarian epithelial carcinoma likely showed a higher angiogenesis and an increased character of tumor growth. Ang-2 and bFGF in Human Ovarian epithelial carcinoma play an important role on tumor growth and angiogenesis.
